A little more about me…
Hello I’m Megan,
I am passionate about creating a life of health and abundance through mind, body, environmental and spiritual wellness. I pride myself on living intentionally, in all that I do. I view challenges as opportunities for self-exploration, growth and connection. I absolutely love spending time in nature, sipping on my morning coffee, preparing home cooked meals with family and friends, and attending concerts (just to name a few)!
I was fortunate to spend almost a decade living in cities both near and far. I spent time in Barcelona, where I learned to speak Spanish, I attended graduate school in London and ended up in NYC where I started my career as an early intervention speech and language therapist. After 6 years in the field of speech pathology, my passion for nutrition and mind-body health continued to grow. During a conference, hosted by the Weston A. Price foundation, I discovered a nutritional program that aligned with my values. Shortly thereafter, I completed the program and became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
My journey, thus far, has taught me that health is way more than the foods we eat or the movement we do; it involves everything from the thoughts we are unaware of to the relationships we hold and everything in between.
While I believe health, vitality and our overall well-being do not need to be complicated, it is a never-ending journey. It can be fun, it can be challenging, there is no one-size fits all approach and will look different at different stages of life. The beauty of being human is our depth and uniqueness, which should always be accounted for as we evolve.
We each have a story to discover and while working together, I will value your child’s and your family’s individual journey, interests and desires, using a variety of modalities, as we empower health, enjoyment and confidence during mealtimes and beyond.

More about my approach
I believe that each person has a unique and valuable perspective to offer during our time together, and their participation and input are critical to successfully achieving our outcomes. This is why I value taking a child-led approach to all I do while safely pushing them out of their comfort zone. Through a child-directed approach, we build connection, confidence and optimize the child’s desire to participate and in achieving their goals.
